Recently, I was posted to CFB Shilo with the Canadian Armed Forces. Immediately after choosing Rob as my agent, I knew I had made the right choice. He did everything he could to make me feel welcome to the area. This included sending me a ‘Welcome to Manitoba’ package that he put together himself and giving me a tour of the city (complete with coffee and lunch). Rob was very patient with my house hunting and accommodating with providing me 5 tours of homes in the area. Each one never exceeded my price range and each time Rob was a fantastic agent. My family’s experience with our Sutton agent was outstanding! Rob Lussier exceeded any expectations that we may have had for an agent. We are a military family and Rob was able to relate to us with ease.
Under extremely short notice Rob was able to provide excellent service. First, Rob sent us a great starter package about the housing market and the town we were moving to. We had one week to find a house in Brandon. However, the day we arrived the highways were closed, so we were unable to make it to Brandon as early as we wanted. Due to the weather Rob had to rearrange his and our schedule to look at houses all in one day. He provided all the information we needed to make a decision on what house we were looking for. Very quickly Rob was able to recognize what we were looking for and what our budget was. Without complaint Rob took us around and looked at as many houses as we could in one day. Rob put in many long days for us and it did not seem to bother him.
Not once did we ever feel pressured into buying a house. The process of putting in an offer was quicker than we expected. We spent very little time in the office signing papers. The hardest and longest part of our house hunting trip was waiting for a reply from the other agent and seller.
Rob did not stop working the day our offer was excepted. The day we were moving Rob saved our daughter from hunger. The moving company blocked our truck in the driveway, so we were unable to get out. All our food was stuck in a box; I was also unable to find that box. As I was trying to go through boxes, Rob walked in with a huge platter of sandwiches. We were worried that we were not going to be able to feed our daughter, but Rob saved her from hunger.
Overall, working with Rob and Sutton-Harrison Realty was excellent! There is so much more that our agent did that I could write all day. They went beyond our expectations.

Moving to Brandon from 200 miles away seemed like a huge task. Where do I start? I contacted a handful of Realtors by email and Rob Lussier responded within the day. He made buying a home so easy! Rob looked for structural damage, old water pipes, etc. and gave us a “heads-up” on potential trouble spots. Like I said, it was so easy! My family and I are happy to be in our new home. Rob made the transition fun and stress free! I’m trying to talk my Mom into moving to Brandon. I know Rob will be the Realtor we call.
